Pure Hair is beautiful to wear, its soft & silky and looks so natural

I bought a fringe from Pure and sent it back first class, because they don't use QR codes. Now, they're stating that they have not received the item back. So, I've had to pay for something that I don't even have. You know a good company when they're willing to resolve issues like this. This has caused me an immense amount of distress. My experience of dealing with Pure hasn't been a pleasant one at all.

They're looking into it for me.

I'll provide an update in terms of how they resolve it. You know a good company when they resolve issues and want to help customers.

Absolutely in love with the invisible wire extensions I received! Amazing hair quality and it blends beautifully. Also, amazing customer service as I was unexpectedly charged a duty fee which pure hair reached out to reimburse! 5 stars!

Great extensions! Very happy with my purchase. Fairly easy to use. Still working out how to keep them in with hair down. Will definitely buy again.

Amazing! Quality never disappoints

The colours choice is great! I had a professional match my hair to the perfect colour extensions. My Hairdresser was shocked by the high quality of your product. It was so easy to style and curled so well with styling tools. I would highly recommend.

Amazing product my hairdresser said the hair extensions were excellent quality so easy to put in and curl. I’m so happy with my purchase I bought the pony tail and the extensions. Great on and easy to put in.

I love having long hair but often wanted a break from the maintenance, so decided I would order some pure hair clip in extensions. I did use their site to colour match my hair and they got back to me promptly! I have shoulder length hair so it was a bit tricky trying to blend them but the colour match was perfect! So far I have curled and straightened them and will see how long they last, but very happy with my purchase so far.

Pure hair is an amazing company, helpful and amazing products and quality!
I’ve used my extensions 5-6 times and they are still in amazing shape! Will continue to go through them in the future.

I bought this hair almost 6 months ago and it’s already done, extremely POOR QUALITY. After using it for a while, I realized it’s not 100% human hair. It appears to be processed hair / a blend (around 80/20), even though it’s advertised as “human hair.” The advertising feels misleading.

On top of that, the price is way too high for what it is. I found very similar hair for around $145 CAD, but this company charges about double, which feels like a huge markup for the same type of product.

Be careful!!! I feel fooled and I wouldn’t buy again.

I bought the mocha brown 16 inch hair extensions and the pony to go with. The quality feels amazing. They're so soft and look so natural. I am obsessed with the length as it's perfect and I am happy with the shipping times. I love Pures extensions, theyre always good quality and don't shed.

I ordered a halo top for $200 sale and they told me it was sold out. Said a new ship was due the next week. 2 weeks go by and no updates on when I will get anything. I sent two emails, both times they gave me some stupid generic email saying it was coming "next week". Save your money, got to Luxy and dont go with these liars. They have thus far taken my money and dragging me along for who knows how long. I will make an update IF they give me a refund because the waiting sucks. Be CAREFUL! They've got the same halo on sale right now but somehow theyre not able to send me anything??? Make that make sense. GO ELSEWHERE, THESE COMMENTS ARE FAKE!!

This hair is absolutely worth its money it’s beautiful soft silky and thick from the root to the tip. Will definitely be buying my next lot from here when it needs replacing. I would highly recommend this hair! Thank you
