Excellent gym
Excellent staff who are always friendly and facilitate fantastic classes. They always push you to your limit (safely) to be your best self and get a great workout. Equipment is also excellent quality for workouts. This is for the Washington branch.

Staff were helpful and pleasant
Staff were with me immediately, helped me join, showed me around and explained the different equipment to me and asked if I had any questions. Very helpful and pleasant.

Really Friendly and Helpfull Staff...
Being shown around by Scarlett who knew everything i asked...I loved the Equipment i thought there was a Great Choice of free weights and machines...I was also Impressed with the Fitness Classes as i Couldnt make up my mind to try first...A Fantastic Choice of Lessons...

Why is the air con turned off when it’s boiling hot?
Can’t you afford to put it on?
Would not recommend joining unless you like to train in a sauna

We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club. Temperatures/air con in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, and monitored by the gym management team. We can confirm that a change has been made this morning to the Air conditioning settings, which has made an improvement in this area. If you do have further concerns following this, we would ask that you let your gym manager know by approaching them in gym, or contacting via email, so they can look into the concern. Thanks, PureGym
Small gym
Small gym, machines reallly close together and equipment not to the standard at my usual gym.
The only thing I would say is good is that you have to scan to get out.

Nice gym not not very clean
Nice gym but not very clean, machines dusty and one machine had a nut looking thing on it for 2 weeks straight until I picked it up with blue role after seeing it so many times and put it in the bin, shows how much the cleaners look, staff friendly but cleaning needs more attention.
