Ignored when product arrived faulty
Ordered a Crystal Pro Switch 30K which had temporarily stopped charging within a week. I contacted Pukka Juice on 25 May about a replacement or refund and received no response whatsoever. I have checked my spam folder and nothing. I eventually resolved the issue myself, but the complete lack of customer service is unacceptable. If you have a problem with your order, don’t expect any help. Won’t be purchasing again and wouldn’t recommend.

Always 10/10 with Pukka Juice, ive been using them a while and I wont go anywhere else, from ordering to receiving the next day, not forgetting the epic customer service (that i only needed once, because of my own mistake) but they still worked their magic and sorted me out.
