Ignored when product arrived faulty

Ordered a Crystal Pro Switch 30K which had temporarily stopped charging within a week. I contacted Pukka Juice on 25 May about a replacement or refund and received no response whatsoever. I have checked my spam folder and nothing. I eventually resolved the issue myself, but the complete lack of customer service is unacceptable. If you have a problem with your order, don’t expect any help. Won’t be purchasing again and wouldn’t recommend.

Always 10/10 with Pukka Juice

Always 10/10 with Pukka Juice, ive been using them a while and I wont go anywhere else, from ordering to receiving the next day, not forgetting the epic customer service (that i only needed once, because of my own mistake) but they still worked their magic and sorted me out. Oh, and they send you little freebies with your order sometimes which is always nice!

Great deals on vapes

Great deals on vapes, they use DPD to deliver, arrives fast and always within a couple of days. Every now and then they throw in a freebie too.
Have used for a year and feel they are the best for service and prices,so I only order from Pukka Juice now.
