Hartelijk dank voor uw review.
In de maanden oktober, november en december is het altijd razend druk in ons magazijn in Groot Brittannië. Heel Europa bestelt onze producten en iedereen werkt hard om de honderden orders elke dag zo snel mogelijk te verwerken en te verzenden. Gedurende driekwart van het jaar is de standaard levertijd op of onder 5 werkdagen vanaf moment ontvangst betaling maar in het laatste kwartaal kan dit oplopen naar de 8 werkdagen die we op de website vermelden als uiterlijke leverdatum van "5 - 8 werkdagen". We zetten ook elk jaar extra mankracht in voor de Halloween en Kerstdrukte, maar zelfs met de extra hulp, kan het toch zijn dat we bij tijd en wijle tussen de 5 en 8 werkdagen levertijd liggen in het laatste kwartaal. Maar we doen ons best!

Wij doen ons best om de service, ook qua verpakken, continue te verbeteren en horen altijd graag hoe en waar we dit kunnen doen. Voor een groot deel kan goede verpakking beschadigingen voorkomen maar er is ook een deel dat wij niet in de hand hebben en dat is hoe de koeriersdienst met het pakket omgaat tijdens de transitie van Puckator naar de klant. We weten dat transportschade kan voorkomen bij breekbare goederen en dat dit een teleurstelling voor de klant kan zijn, daarom doen we nooit moeilijk bij het vergoeden van gebroken artikelen.
Om verwarring over valuta te voorkomen kunt u het best shoppen op de Nederlandse website van Puckator (www.puckator.nl); deze werkt alleen met euros.
We hopen dat dit antwoord wat meer inzicht geeft en u helpt om e.e.a. makkelijker te maken.

Placed big order but took me 2 hours too complete. Creditcard didnt work. Product description
Lots of products out of stock for 3 months. My customers are waiting! Customer service doesnt respond to my email.
Also not available through the phone. called several times. No answer.
Paid 12 € for extra fast shipping. Arrived LATER then first normal order.
Stickers on products can be taken off without sticker remover.
All boxes are damaged or ripped apart. Incredible how bad the experience was.
