Most definitely 5 stars beautiful dress and company so helpful

Customer service is terrible. I ordered a dress that fell apart. After asking for weeks they finally sent another that did the same. They immediately promised a refund but never sent this and ignored all my further messages. I get the impression the people running the business don’t know what they’re doing or are stalling refunds to wear the customers out.

It was a beautiful top, with gorgeous fabric. I am keeping it, but the sleeves are a little too long and puffed at the shoulders for me personally.

Bought the beautiful balia dresses both the green and the red , and malika blouse and I’m so impressed with the quality . The weight and cut and quality of these items are of dresses way above this price mark , they hang beautifully and very flattering and comfortable.

Beautiful dress and added bonus - warm so a perfect winter dress. Gorgeous fabric. I ordered both colours. The burgundy didn’t arrive on time but I was in love with the green and had already decided that was the one I was going to keep.

The colours in this dress are absolutely beautiful the attention to detail is exquisite. Love the pockets, the length to be honest there is absolutely nothing i dislike. The sizing is spot on, I ordered a size 10 and its perfect, its like putting on a glove.
I would mortgage my house to have the full timeless wardrobe that how much I love these.
I will be purchasing another and maybe a few more too, look out for my video on tik tok once I wear this in holiday on Wednesday.

I ordered the Lula dress which literally fell apart after the first time I wore it. It fit really well and was even a little big in some areas. All the seams have ripped and it is impossible to fix as the fabric has frayed considerably. It must be terrible quality as I only wore it to some drinks for 3 hours before taking it off again because it was ripping everywhere. I’ve tried to contact them about a return a few times but have been completely ignored. Disappointing experience.

Beautiful dress and material, fits like a glove .

I ordered 2 skirts from this website. A few weeks later my order arrived. I opened the package and found that 1 skirt was the wrong colour. I contected Timeless London immediately and did not recieve an answer on this email. I tried again trough the contactform on the website and got an answer that they are going to investigate and would get back to me the next day. This has been a week ago and I still have not heard back from them. I send another reply asking for an update and did not get a reply on that email either. Very dissapointed in this company! And its a shame as their products look pretty good. The service is just terrible.
