The process was so straightforward and simple. I wish I had done this sooner. All the years of anxiety and feeling different, changing myself to fit with people. I could cry with relief. I've suspected for years but still doubted that an assessment/diagnosis would clarify things, more just say I needed to concentrate or pay attention. However, it explains everything and I feel freed and validated for the first time in my whole life.

Amazing! They changed my…

Amazing company they have changed my life, they know what there talking about afyer being diagnosed with ADHD by the NHS i came to this company for help to sort out my medication issues i was having that the NHS could not sort out. Such amazing doctors, they have time for you amd they care, There worth every penny! I went down the NHS route first and stuck woth them as long as I could as I didn't want to start paying privately but it got to the point where my health is more important than money and they have Improved my health amd well-being.

I work for the NHS as a mental health nurse amd unfortunately we don't have the resources to support and provide the high demand of are patients with ADHD amd are waiting lists can be up to 6 years long ( thats how longed i waited for the NHS ADHD service) and it all comes down to the social determinants of health, if you have the money (this also applies to the wealth of the eara your local NHS is in as well) you get better resources for your health amd wellbeing. This company chargers the same price what the NHS charges for ADHD services its just you don't see this.

At first tho they had a poor process of obtaining a repeat prescription altho this had caused me stressed in the past there customers service was high quality in giving me reassurance and helping me to claim down and did everything they could to help get my repeat prescription to me. They have now recognised this issue they had and have turned the prescription process around dramatically to the point where it has become a stress free easy and fast process and while also implatmenting Health care measurements at the same time. They have realy impressed me as a company how they have managed to recognise and react in a timely manner to fix this problem.

Shameful

Unbelievably rude, leave you in the lurch and have no care apart from money.

I was diagnosed with ADHD after paying them near £600 for a diagnosis. They prescribed me tablets and then rejected a repeat prescription because I hadn't paid for a follow up consultation. Also, they're being very difficult with the shared care plan to the NHS.

Absolute disgrace of a company. Don't bother with them.

Dear Thomas,

Thank you for your feedback. Just to clarify, your prescription was not refused because you hadn't paid for a follow up.
After an initial assessment and diagnosis you were prescribed medication.
The doctor has refused a follow up prescription request because you are in a titration process which requires review at specific intervals. This is a medical consideration - repeat prescribing without review at this stage would be unsafe.

We are constantly arranging shared care agreements for patients but the patient must be stable on the medication in order to be safely transferred to their GPs care. This isn't an instant process and can often take several months. Doing it quicker would be unsafe and against guidlines, besides resulting in refusal from the GP side.

Please be in touch for further clarification.

Best wishes

I was diagnosed with ADHD in 12 mins

I met with Dr Frisk who diagnosed me in 12 mins. Yes, 12 mins. I still have the call log. I then had a further 6 mins where I was asking him about medication. That was my assessment. The assessment letters that I received from him were laughable and my GP actually did laugh when he saw them. I’m now needing to be reassessed because no one (quite understandably) recognises this as a real diagnosis. My impression on meeting this doctor at a late night zoom meeting that he was drunk. He was slurring throughout the entire call.
It’s clearly impossible to properly diagnose someone in such a short space of time. And to then prescribe them with powerful drugs off the back of a non-assessment is just dangerous. I am so angry that these companies are taking advantage of vulnerable individuals who are looking for help. It really is disgusting. Stay well clear of this company. Their admin is also absolutely appalling. Please don’t think that you will be getting shared care at the end of this diagnosis (everyone gets a diagnosis hence why the nhs doesn’t accept these diagnoses - not worth the paper they are written on). You will be paying this company £300 to prescribe medication every month plus the cost to buy the (very expensive) medication as well. This is a business, not healthcare.

Highly recommended

The appointment was well organised, with even a reminder email containing the meeting links on the day. The doctor was polite and considerate and really easy to speak with.

Is this actually a real company?!

Is this actually a real company? I dealt with then previously in early 2023 and the call centre/admin functions were based in Scotland- they were great. They now no longer have the same medical team, and the admin/finance team are completely incompetent.

I needed to book a follow up with a doctor as my adhd meds were running out. They were unable to make me an appointment because I had an outstanding invoice in my account WHICH I WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF IN MONTHS that were sent to my private health insurance company who had not paid these for whatever reason despite me having received authorisation. I was trying to solve this quickly and the finance team and admin team are completely illiterate. Dealing with them has genuinely spiked my blood pressure levels and if I had know they would be like this, I would not be using their services.

I'm glad that you have since booked and completed a review appointment but clearly the process was not good enough, which we apologise for.

Customer service handled by clueless S African call centre

My initial enquiries were unanswered, so I followed up with their customer services number, to be answered by a South African call centre who could barely hear me, kept misrepeating the information I'd given and knew very little about the company's services. Not the way to bring clients in.

Extremely Disappointed with the Service…

Extremely Disappointed with the Service - Would Not Recommend

I have been using the services offered via the provider for a 12 onth period, minus 1 or 2 minor issues within the first 6 months, the service was ok.

However for the past 6 months, I have had a truly terrible experience and I must say, it was disappointing. The level of service I received was nothing short of awful, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard.

What added to my disappointment is the complete lack of response from the service team and the fact that I feel it neccesary to issue a negative review in the hope that a senior member of there team makes contact so I can resolve the ongoing issues.

When I reached out to them to address my concerns and raise formal complaints. It seemed as though my requests for information were simply ignored, which is not the kind of treatment one expects when seeking assistance.

As a result, I cannot in good conscience recommend this service to anyone. It is disheartening to have to resort to investigating alternative care options, but the lack of attention and support I received has left me with no choice.

Customer feedback is a valuable tool for any service provider, and it is deeply disappointing to see it disregarded in such a manner. I hope that the management takes note of these concerns and takes steps to rectify the issues that led to this unfortunate experience.

In conclusion, my experience with this service has been extremely disappointing, and I would strongly advise others to consider alternative care options that prioritize customer satisfaction and responsiveness.

This company is the devil

This company is the devil, they've taken my money for an appointment which had to be changed, they promised a refund for the original and now 3 weeks later I've still not received my £300 and they're ignoring me.
They fan out their customer service to South Africa with no one at the main company to speak to.

Such a disgrace.

Prescription and GP communication

The assessment was fine and I hope the treatment will work. However, since my appointment 5 days ago I have not been able to start the treatment. The prescription arrived to the pharmacy and had no date on it. The pharmacy tried to contact Simplicity and the secretary said that she was not aware of this prescription. Other issue is that on my consultation I was told that the cost of this medication is similar to the cost of a prescription so the doctor didn't need to notify mt gp and it was 8 times More expensive £83.

Communication with the call centre…

Communication with the call centre staff was painful. Endless ‘tickets’ raised by staff who didn’t even know the basic info like doctors business hours. The doctor and the relevant staff, once I got through to them, were excellent. But the system fails them and the patients.

Marked deterioration in service over the years

The clinical team have always been professional and responsive. The overall service for patients, particularly continuity of care for paediatric patients, has declined significantly over the years and this seems to be linked to administration/operational difficulties and potentially some financial changes. In recent years there were many more unexpected charges, much higher charges, and a notable lack of transparency in charging strutures.

Adult ADHD assessment

I contacted them about an adult ADHD assessment. NHS waiting times for adult ADHD in the UK are just unrealistic when you’re searching for clarity about yourself. I had the assessment within a few weeks. Great service.
