Very disappointing experience. Purchased a pen that showed in stock and two days later received an email saying they didn’t have it. Not sure why it took so long to determine they had no more inventory or why they didn’t disclose that prior to me buying it. Still waiting for my Refund to process, almost a week later.
Also, not very happy with the borage of emails ive started to receive since making the purchase. I got one this morning that said “thank you for your recent purchase”. Well no, I didn’t end up making a purchase, you were out of the product I intended to buy!

I ordered and received my product in a weeks time. The product was received in great condition and works wonderfully. The prices were comparable to 3 other websites I priced. What sold me was the shipping. The other sites had lower costs by a dollar or two but the shipping was $5-$9. Which made them more expensive and shipped from over seas. I will be shopping here again!!

One star for ordering and shipping, five stars for customer service after the fact. I ordered an item through Amazon but was denied the only two shipping methods available. I called the company and ordered the item on the phone, verifying price , item description, availability, etc. I received a different item. When I called for a correction, I was advised they never carried the item but would give me a full refund. Meanwhile I checked the website and could not find any like item or even the category! I see since then Amazon has changed vendors for this item and all others in the brand name. Good for PB customer service, bad for Amazon - I am still trying to find the item somewhere.

Always order my otterbox phone cases from them and they are great to deal with. Never a problem. I check out other items now that they sell. I will continue to business with them in the future.

I was in total shock when I received my order so fast! I can't ever remember ordering over the internet and the package arriving in two days with NO SHIPPING CHARGE!

I have emailed them three times in a 4 day span and 7 days later, I still have not heard from them. All I wanted was a good tracking number and carrier information so I could track my package. I still have not received my package and still waiting for someone to contact me. I will never purchase nor recommend them in the future.

I know mistakes happen... But, how does the warehouse mistake a blade for a set of sheets? I still do not have the sheets! I wanted them very badly, so I ordered a second set of the exact same sheets. Now I will have to pay the postage to return one of them. I do like this company. The women that I spoke with were very apologetic and professional. They did make me feel better. But, I will feel better if I ever receive my sheets!

good durable case to protect your smart phone from the damage of dropping.

I purchased and received 2 Otterbox's for my Droid Min's. Now, Otterbox does have a factory in Mexico BUT they only have 1 registered design for each phone case. What I was received was counterfeit items. They did take the return and refund my purchase but it never needed to come to this. If quality control was as important as making money by giving great deals on quality items, I would have received genuine items. They were reported to Otterbox's Corporate Legal Department. I will not shop with them again and I could not justify recommending anyone else to them either.

Excellent except I don't believe I got a shipping notification - not a big problem for me. Did get an order confirmation though, which was nice. I opted for free, US Mail shipping - got it in about 10 days including Xmas and New Years.

Purchased two belt clips for an Otterbox case for my iPhone 4s. They quickly shipped the order and it was received on the early side of the promised ship dates.
