I decided to give Prune Danish a try after I noticed a product on Groupon that they were associated with. I received free shipping and a superb price on the product. I admit was a little skeptical after seeing the price thinking it must be used as I’ve been burned on other sites. I received emails updating the order status until it shipped which then provided me with the shipping number. Once I received the product it was new as advertised. I would do business with again and highly recommend.

I just received the case and it looks wonderful while it seems sturdy enough to keep my phone safe. I even recommended it and you now have an additional customer! Thanks!

Order arrived very promptly and in good condition. This was my second order, and I'd definitely order from them again!

Shipping service is terrible. My package was to be delivered yesterday, over a week after I placed the order, and tracking still shows it is to be delivered yesterday, but it has not arrived and I now have no way to check on it. Using USPS to ship is a bad choice.

Perfect gifts to be given to guests at a function we are planning. Looks pretty and very functional while it is sturdy too.

Ordering was easy and clear. I received the product (an iPhone case)in a timely fashion. The only problem was that what I received is not what I ordered. I contacted customer service and they resolved the problem. There was a mixup and the item I ordered was not in stock, so they refunded my money and let me keep the iPhone case that was not exactly what I ordered. There was prompt response and no fuss. I will definitely be back.

I ordered a Mophie Juice Pack for my iphone 6s. When the package arrived, inside was a Mophie Juice Pack for an iphone 6Plus even though the packing slip said for iphone 6s. Called PruneDanish and was caller #1. Then I was transferred to viocemail. I left my contact information. No one returned my call. I called again later, was transferred to voicemail. Still no call. Called again this time to operator who took my contact information. Still no return call. Sent an email. Still no return call or email reply. Luckily, one of my family had an iphone 6 plus, and took the item.
I replaced the order, and the second time the order was right, but still have not heard anything from the company about the incorrect shipment. Good luck if you don’t get the correct item.
