Poor work and gaslighting customers

Tyreland Ferndown

If you are looking for an off-centred steering wheel and gaslighting, then this is the place for you. If you want your wheels aligned correctly, I would steer well clear.

Took my car in for alignment as the steering wheel was off centre. Once the car was handed back, it was immediately obvious that the problem still existed and was actually worse. I drove straight back, expecting them to offer to have a look again. What actually happened was that they gaslit me into thinking there was something wrong with the car and refused to correct the mistake, falsely claiming the car's computer systems made it impossible to centre.

Another, better, local firm has just sorted it in 20 minutes, so it would seem that the car is actually fine.

Absolutely do not recommend this branch, due to both their apparent inability to align wheels correctly, and their appalling attitude towards customers.

Wimborne Branch - Atracious

Booked online via Protyre website whilst being recovered found a local branch with stock able to fit next day. Using the main site I expect timings to be updated etc. Booked in for 08:30, surprising for a Bank holiday but at the same time whilst in the situation I was in not going to argue.

When I got there branch didn't open until 9:30. Whomever opened up, drove up in his car like he stole it. Gave sass about the time, said should have checked the branches own website. Which when you look at it they can't even spell Wimborne correctly so that gives me so much confidence.

Then he proceeded to walk up to staff who where waiting in their vehicles and b!tch about people booking in too early! Seriously, do it in private not in front of customers.

General attitude problem and after speaking to a few others it's seemingly a common consensus. Will not use again!
