Arrived twice to the branch to find the tyres had not been sent from the warehouse, not the local garages fault! However raised a compliant via email and was told i would have a manger contact me, 2 weeks on and 2 emails later i have received no response.

Aircon regas
Took our car in to have the aircon regased.
Left car with protyre, when we returned, the car was in exactly the place we left it, with no sign it had been touched?.
Speaking to the technician, we were reassured it had been regased (we still have our reservations) but that the aircon wasnt working.
Speaking with the supervisor, i was belittled, made to feel ignorant and that the issue was mine.
No offer of degas or refund, no suggestion of how the issue may be resolved.
Considering previous visits/supervisors who couldnt have been more helpful, this was generally a very poor experience and shakes my confidence in protyre

Having scooped up a nail in my tyre on the Queensway and trying to to get someone to look at it sadly no one could help due to being too busy
I called Chris at pro tyres i have been a customer for over 2 years and as usual although they were busy he just said get your car to us and we can sort it just what I needed to hear so my brother put air in because of course I didn’t know no spare tyre and got it to Chris it was sorted also pointing out I needed some gel of some sort to put in the tyre to help mine was out of date so if you don’t know anything about cars me 73 I know I have every trust in this garage knowing im going to get good honest customer relations thank you once again
