Where to start my wife needed a wheel alignment done booked in for same day appointment on the Monday. Nearly after an hour after booking in online and when we where nearly at the appointment time and where all ready driving to it we got a phone call sorry can't do today we to full and dont have time. OK so do you have tomorrow as it states online appointments all day nope sorry fully booked until Wednesday never beleave are internet site and dont book in appointments on it as we won't be able to fit in ur best off calling us and booking appointments. That's ok if they ever answered there phone. So finally got an appointment for the Wednesday. So they looked at the car and said sorry they could not do it jue to an issue with the wife's car ok fair enough they asked did we want a refund we said not at the min let us check a few things first they said that was fine. So next day tryed to contact them low and behold no answer so we drove down and spoke to sumone who told us a refund had been given we said no it had not as we told member of staff not to then they changed the story stright away to say oh they haven't so he said later he would refund it as he did not have time there and then and would take 24 hours anyway and we would get an email within 24 hours needless to say email never came so had to go back again on the Friday as again no answer to phone where I was told they differently done the refund we should of got an email and if we had not we must of given them the wrong email. Which we had not and basically refused to do anything about it to the point I had to go through my cridit card company to get my refund. Absolute joke of a company and I will never deal with again. They knew they had never authorised a refund a bunch of absolute cowboys and Id give 0 stars if I could. Four times I had to drive here and just get lied to my face and with the price of petrol these days thats a joke.
prototyre is great company. but some of there branches which they told you service there mechanic had not enough experience and equipment. they just make lame excuses and eat your money. and tell we did our job. honestly they dnt know how to fix it. later only my hope of to get my back my money is prototyre costumer service. they understand my concern and refund my money. these 3 start only for costumer service and for there mechanic. 0 they are lier and Cheated to you. specially the Wednesfield branch ones.

I had to have my air conditioning re gassed and they fitted me in the next morning and it was done within 40 minutes

Top marks to Montel & the team at Chemix Wednesfield, who carried out MOT, Gold service & replaced 4 off Tyres with no fuss at all. I have used them for many years without a problem.
I had a great experience with this garage. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, making the whole process straightforward and stress-free. Booking was quick and easy, and I really appreciated being able to get an appointment at short notice. Friendly, professional service throughout, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended!

After needing to bring my car in several times over two weeks, the guys at Chemix made a stressful experience easier, they were polite, understanding, helpful and kept spirits light, will 100% use chemix in the future

booked the car in for an aircon re-gas at short notice waited while it was done and drove away 40 minutes later in the ice cold air. just as a bonus there was also a 25% off discount on there website.

Very friendly and helpful guys sorted my aircon on a very hot day. Highly recommended
Booked my appointment by telephone for the following day, arrived and my cars air conditioning was completed swiftly and I was out of there with air working as it should do.
Cannot fault the garage and the job that they carried out, excellent service. Would definitely recommend to all.
If I could give zero stars i would. Booked and paid for air con regas, got an appointment time and email confirming this. Then had a phone call, after their closing time to tell me they couldn't fit me in and to call at 8.30 (my original appointment time) to rebook. Not the end of the world, I assumed it would just mean later in the day. So, I called, was on hold for over half an hour, to the point where I eventually drove up.
I was still on hold when I got there.
Went into reception to rebook, expecting to be told to return this afternoon perhaps. NO. They can't fit me in for a few days! Yet when I look on their website, I can book about 30 different slots for this appointment over the next two days.
Asked for a refund, should be simple, paid by card, just refund it back into my card, surprise surprise, no, can't do that! Got to wait 2/3 or 3/5 days for a refund! Absolute Joke!
