Dropped my car off earlier than my appointment time and they started my MOT straight away.

Eventually, did the job, having first sending me away with four out of five wheel bolts in each wheel as they ruined the bolts getting them out; then told me I couldn’t have the tyres I wanted; but fitted them in the end. I emphasised I wanted the balanced done carefully as I do a lot of miles and vibration is irritating; it is at best a 7 out of 10 job. The tyres I wanted were fitted, the job was done, but I don’t think I’ll go back unless there is no mother option.

A guy came in too and wanted a temp bottle of fluid for a slow puncture, and they wouldn’t do it as they didn’t want him on the motor way as they said they didn’t feel it safe. So they fitted him in for repair or tyre , which I thought was good service .

Nobody on reception.after several minutes someone came.
Person on reception not very friendly he told us he would phone when car was ready said it would be a couple of hrs.no phone call so we went back after 3hrs again nobody on reception eventually someone came again he was not friendly car was ready when I looked the time on the paperwork the car was ready at 14.02 if he had phoned like he said he was going to do we could have been
home earlier.was not impressed.normally person on reception is friendly.don't know if we will be back

MOT brilliant, however i needed 2 front tyres. I ordered the tyres on line from protyre. From the choices, I selected 2 run flats. On fitting the tyres, staff said the size was right but 'audi's don't normally have run flats, your drive may feel a little different'. I have returned on 2 occasions within 4 days as my tyre pressure alert keeps going off in my car! Had they inform me the run flats would affect the tyre sensors I would not have continued with them being fitted. I would have re ordered different tyres. Now i have spent £300 on tyres that are going to cause me nothing but worry. Thus not happy.

Simple to order tyres online and cheaper than normal discount tyre website. Good range of tyres available next day and local fitting with a range of available dates and times.
Only issue was the time taken to fit, balance and align tracking, possibly due to not waiting around, but still only a couple of hours.

Good value tyre fitted quickly.

Had to pay twice as the garage couldn’t trace my on line purchase the day before .
Still awaiting a refund !!!!

Work was completed in quick time, but tyre pressures were different across each wheel and the tyre pressure rest had not been reset - confused my wife. It would have been perfect if the reset was done.

Tyre wasn’t delivered to agent on day promised necessitating a re-visit the following day
