People are what is important!
People, in my opinion, are what make a company great or not so great. I can not thank the team at Thetford enough for their kindness and willingness to help me sort out my Son's Tyres. I worry enough about his illness and how it affects him without having to worry about whether his vehicle is roadworthy when he is out in it. So I really appreciated the extra mile the Thetford team went for us. We had a few issues with our order, but nothing was too much trouble for the Guys there. Protrye should be proud of the team they have at the Thetford Branch.

Confidence in a trustworthy team
This team have been looking after the whole family's vehicles for years. We have always had great service and I trust them to give the right advice when one of the cars goes wrong. I am writing today because my experience was typical but at the same time I think needs acknowledging.
Subtle but unsettling suspension-sounding noise coming from under a car new to us. Rang the garage, asked to come in, not a problem. Within 15 mins of the call - test drive - agreed there was a problem - on the ramp, loose sound proofing valance; fixed for free. Incredibly cheerful technician. I sense they genuinely enjoy working there. Wouldn't go anywhere else. All good guys, lead from the top.

Sam rang me to advise when the tyre would be in.
I attended and was absolutely astonished by the level of care Sam and Tim showed whilst changing my tyre. I have never had such great service. Not only myself but everyone waiting. Amazing surprise
