Air conditioning re-gas
I had my Maserati Gran Turismo air-conditioning re-gassed at Protyre, Mosborough depot, Sheffield. A big thank you to staff member Jamie who who went over and above to get it working correctly. Despite a slight technical issue Jamie worked through it and the procedure it was completed. Highly delighted and at a reasonable cost. Would certainly recommend!

Booked for tyres, two of. Turned up at the correct time, I was greeted in a friendly manner by busy staff. I confirmed I was waiting rather than leaving the wheels (I had brought the wheels separately, without the car).
The service personnel carried out the task immediately and within twenty minutes the job was complete to the highest of standards.
I thoroughly recommend Mosborough Protyre and will be seeing them again for future work. Thank you.

A simple, easy process...
I ordered a set of tyres online using their website, which was simple and responsive - fat more so than that of some national companies. They had a good choice of tyres at keen prices, and booking an appointment was easy.
The fitting itself was fast and conducted in a professional and friendly manner. The waiting room was clean and tidy, free drinks were available and there was no music blaring out. In addition to fitting the tyres, the fitters also conducted a quick assessment of the condition of the brake discs and pads whilst the wheels were off.
The whole fitting process took less than 30 minutes. Overall, excellent service and at a very good price for premium Goodyear tyres.

Jamie was great, kept me in the loop and got the job done well and quickly
I'm always sceptical of taking my car places for any work doing as I haven't had good experiences at other places! Had to have alloys refurbished twice after the car has had work done. Had used these guys for years but then moved out of the area so then it wasn't convenient to use them any more.... Decided to make the trip as I was starting to lose trust in mechanics due to marks being left on the car/alloys scuffed etc. when taking it in for work. The lads here took good car of my car, swiftly carried out the work and and charged competitively. Will be rebooking for MOT and major service when it's due. Worth travelling that bit extra for trusted mechanics like these.

Alignment & new tyres
Mosborough Branch
Booked in for Monday over the weekend, needed 2 new front boots and a front alignment. For some reason their CRM system had recorded an order number but pretty much nowt else. The required tyres were not there either. 40 mile round trip to basically only accomplish a rebooking for the next day.
Fast forward 24 hours. Arrived and was remembered by the member of staff I had spoken to the day before. Car was taken straight in. Took about an hour but car is now sorted and I'm very happy with the new rubber. Also happy with getting the alignment refunded for the computer problem, didn't ask, it was offered.
Staff are friendly and professional. The fact I've given them 5* despite a computer snafu and a wasted trip should tell you a lot.
