Excellent Customer Service

I have just had my aircon re gassing done by Protyre Rhyl who were excellent from when I first made my enquiry, explaining everything I needed to know. Based on their exceptional customer service, which continued throughout my dealings with them, they have regained a long standing customer. Your guidance was really appreciated.

Really happy with the service I…

Really happy with the service I received booked my car in for MOT and they completed the work that needed doing on my car by the next day
Staff were friendly and the communication was great. I would defiantly recommend.

Service was OK except cost more than…

Service has been good, workers are hardworking. Job cost me more than the original quote I was given. My main complaint is the fact I was not allowed to pay with Klarna. I apreciate that they have since been in touch with an explanation regarding the price and the fact that Klarna is only offered with purchases on line, not in- centre, so increased my rating. However I received a vehical MOT reminder letter prior to my visit from Protyre and it gave me the option to use Protyre in store. Thanks

I had Ciaran who was extremely helpful…

I had Ciaran who was extremely helpful with my time. He recommended a lot to me and went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. He saw me on a very timely fashion and the service was excellent. Would highly recommend this service as the staff are very approachable.

Was told I needed extensive repair to…

Was told I needed extensive repair to exhaust system(which was replaced by Rhino 12months/2000 miles ago) and given estimate in excess of £300. Took the car elsewhere, exhaust just needed a joint tightening for £20. I was advised to avoid Rhino due to excessive costs but having used previously decided against that advice-I will not return to Rhino again and will advise others to avoid.

Very pleased with my visit to Protyre

Had my aircon regassed at the Rhyl branch and couldn't be happier with the result. The lads and lasses kept me informed as to the progress of the job whilst I sat in the pleasant waiting area, and the car is now lovely and cool, even in the hottest weather. Will certainly use this company again.

My first time at this garage

My first time at this garage. I was traveling back home to Scotland when my tyre pressure light came on.

I could see all the tyres were inflated - however the lights stayed on. I attended the buckley site after a quick google search.

First impressions were fantastic. The garage is in a big site - there was no parking but I could see that all the ramps were in use, the reception was full of other customers there were two people battling the phones and a 3rd dealing with every customer.

I initially thought I was going to told to book but when I started explaining my situation, Anthony took the time to listen. His attention was solely on my dilemma. Within minutes Anthony took my keys and got it on a free ramp. He check it out and checked the pressures. Thankfully all the tyres were fine and just needed inflating slightly.

I couldn’t be more thankful

I was advised my MOT was due (which I knew) - I felt I was in good hands !

An absolute credit !!

Thanks to Anthony and his team I got home safe and sound.
