Paint on Alloy wheel was chipped during tyre fitting, complete denial from Manager and staff seemed to find it all amusing.
The long wait in the queue (over 40 minutes , and I was Second in line on arrival) was definitely not worth the few quid saved on Tyre price. After nearly 40 years of my patronage I will not be visiting again. This used to be a very efficient, well run establishment, staff all appeared very inexperienced and one in particular did nothing but distract others the whole 90 minutes I was there.

OK I had to but for a while, but not as long as my more local tyre service. And knowing that the price included fitting, valves, balancing and disposal - no extras.
I was also reminded about other things I needed but might otherwise have forgotten.

Went in for 4 new tyres and an AirCon…
Went in for 4 new tyres and an AirCon Re-Gas. The aircon could not be done, as I was later told that they needed an extra tool to complete the job and they had to order it in.
I was told to bring the car back on my next visit a week later for my booked Gold service and MOT, and you would complete the aircon then.
The Service and MOT went well enough, but was told my aircon needs a re-gas.
I informed you that I was aware of that, which is why I'd already paid for it.
Your staff were not aware of this, even though I had reminded the man at the desk of this fact when checking the car in.
So I had to bring the car back in again 4 days later to finally complete the job.
The work on the car currently appears to be fine, but the back and forth to the garage and lack of staff communication is something I didn't appreciate.

For an 11am slot , I got there 15 minutes earlier, the car was driven in to the bay at 11am .
Friendly, polite staff,
Efficiency carried out the wheel tracking adjustment required.
Spacious waiting area .
Provided a printout of the adjustments completed.
