I had my car booked in for both replacement of brakes, discs and tyres today (15th Oct) I spoke and dealt with Reece at the Matlock branch , who was extremely helpful , professional , friendly and polite.He had covered all the options for me to determine the best value for money. There was no hard sales pitch, just genuine, helpful, friendly advice.
I will be definitely using this garage again and would highly recommend both the staff ,the service and extremely competitive prices.

Floor mat left covered in dirt/oil, greasy film on steering wheel and gear knob. Missing valve dust cap that was present before. Incorrect tyre pressure and different per wheel. Wheel nuts over torqued.

Happy with mechanics but not customer services
I can’t fault the service of the vehicle and the mechanics but I had an issue with the invoice that despite being told it would be amended and sending 2 emails to head office, has yet to be resolved.
