Incompetent and rude
Visited for a/c regas as ours wasn't as cold as it should be. When we drove away it was apparent that the a/c was now not cold at all - worse in fact! We immediately returned and spoke with the manager who was immediately defensive, then
quickly offensive. We asked if he could check their a/c machine but he aggressively said "the machine is fine".He had no desire to rectify the problem (they had created!) and after trying to calm him down he then said we were " Banned'!! We were calm and polite throughout and his tantrum seemed disproportionate to the situation. We drove to the next garage 10 minutes later to see if they could fix the a/c and they pronounced "there's no gas in it mate"! The incompetent Sroop Puar at Protyre was rude, wrong and unable to operate the a/c machine. Terribly disproportionate and incompetent experience at Wigston Protyre. Ourselves, friends and family were all disgusted by this experience and will from now on, avoid!

Happy solution to our problem
Took tyre in for checking after another company had failed to find a fault despite losing air regularly. Protyre checked tyre with professionalism and efficiency and found a fault. Tyre was replaced and car back on road less than an hour after dropping it off

Booked for 2 x Tyres but arrived to Booking Cancelled and Tyres Not Available
Having ordered a pair of tyres via Black Circles I turned up today to have them fitted only to be told that I wasn't booked in and that I wasn't notified as they did not have a contact number. As one of my tyres had a bad puncture meaning that the tyre only stayed inflated for a maximum of an hour coupled to the fact that I needed to cancel a business appointment in London the following day just added to my angst.
Don't get me wrong as the staff, all two of them in a 6 bay establishment, were extremely apologetical and I felt for them. It is the owners/ managers that need to look into why this situation has occurred.
Shame really as the feedback is generally good and they are the most local tyre fitters to me.
