Good experience
Good experience. Needed three tyres replaced, and called to check which three when they weren't sure. Would have scored higher, but had to call to double check that they were done four hours after being told they were starting.

Friendly, Reliable Service at a Great Price
I had a great experience with Protyre. The team was friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, which immediately put me at ease. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure.
The service was quick and reliable, and the pricing was very reasonable compared to other places I’ve tried. It’s refreshing to find a garage that combines quality work with honest pricing.

Smelled of Cigarettes
Took my car in for MOT, I don't believe the radio is part of that test but it had been tampered with.
Also, my car smelled of cigarette smoke; I don't smoke.
The test was completed in good time and they contacted me, explained the results, so that part was good.

Prompt & efficient service
Hit something on the slip road, coming off the motorway, and tyre warning light came on. Headed straight for Protyre for a check up, to have confirmation of a rapidly deflating front tyre. Less than half an hour wait while a puncture repair was carried out. Lovely prompt service, cheerful and polite staff.
