I stopped using your company when you 1) overcharged me horribly.
2) told me I wouldn't get a cheaper quote. I did by nearly £100.
Unfortunately, forced back to using you, you've overcharged me again! Estimate of £120 turned into £209

Had my air-conditioning changed and…
Had my air-conditioning changed and recharged. It was the cheapest at the time with their current offer.
Booked in and paid online, I arrived at the predetermined time and 45 minutes later job done. Lovely cool air in the current heat wave we are having .

Not impressed
I wasn't advised that the spark plugs needed changing and the car is running rough.
Seems the service was pretty cursory as they didn't even take it for a test drive. Not impressed for a £250 full service. For clarity, this was at the DEVIZES branch.

Fantastic service all round
Fantastic service all round ! 😀 The website booking was easy to do . When I arrived I was greeted by the excellent lady behined the counter although the place was busy. The car was done in the agreed time and the fitter was very polite . Everyone had a smile on their face . The emailed car health report is an excellent bonus and goes that extra mile . Well done all !
