More than happy
Bought 2 rear tyres online to be fitted at Cheltenham, unfortunately they hadn’t arrived for the planned date/time a distribution problem rather than the fault of the centre itself. Kyle was very apologetic and made sure the issue was rectified in short order. During the new appointment and fitting, he personally looked after my car with a huge amount of respect and couldn’t have been more helpful. I’ve used this centre a number of times and Mark and the team do a fantastic job.

Last minute job
Me and the family was out on a trip in my classic Rover when we had a blow out. Great service. Whilst my tyres were being done I asked them to inspect the wiper blade condition. They reported they're in good condition and didn't try to upsell me at all. I trust this place .

Wow! What a service! Never written a review before but worth the effort. Just had a tyre change at the Cheltenham branch (Carl and Mark). I had three local quotes, all £100 more for the exact same tire! They fitted the tyre the next day, compared to 2-3 days by others. None of the usual hard cell for other services - refreshing. Actually inflated the tyre to the manufacturer spec, not to some random pressure i always get. If you trust a garage not to rip you off, it needs advertising. Very important to be able to trust a garage.

Great Service all round
Really good service from Protyre. I went around several local fitters trying to find the size tyre of needed, and most would only order them in for the following day or two. Protyre had several options on the shelf and talked me through the various prices and ranges and gave an honest opinion based on my usage. The chap on the front desk was really helpful, fitted me in within 15 mins and the fit was done quickly with documented QA checks

Replacement of brakes, etc went well
My car had a replacement of brake shoes and replacement of a tracking joint that had been detected on an MOT done by Protyre.
Work went well although receiving the wrong part delayed it beyond the expected time. All explained and price as expected.
One thought for Protyre - this is obviously a popular garage but sometimes communication with the customer is delayed by just the sheer number of enquiries - perhaps you should bring in more staff?

Great experience at Protyres in…
Great experience at Protyres in Cheltenham . Ive found a certain garage near me wont help me as ive a 1999 Micra , surely im a customer no matter what i drive. One garage even fitted me wrong sized tyres So I went into Cheltenham Protyres hoping experience with this company would be different. Thankfully Yes it was different I needed replacement back tyres so I went in. Mark was very helpful and polite so I was happy for Mark to order my tyres as I was getting boggled from looking online at home.
I actually contacted them on the day I was due to take my car in as my dad was adamant the price I was quoted wasnt right. So I felt daft ringing but Mark answered and yet again he was very helpful. He assured me the price was correct. Later that day I took the car down and waited for my new tyres. I was tired as it was end of my working day so i was glad the waiting room was clean and the chairs were comfortable and the radio was on , not that annoying music some places put on while you wait or the eeerie silence . There was even free coffee and WiFi. Upon collecting the car i was pleased that the right tyres and size were put on. I also got a tyre advice sheet and was shocked at how worn my old tyres were and glad they were replaced.
Overall I went away happy , i would go back and I highly recommend Protyres Cheltenham.
