I arrived at 8:15am for an 8:30am appointment which I booked online the evening before. My tyre was replaced and I was out of the garage by 8;38am.
Very quick and efficient. Only the 2nd time I have used Pro Tyre. Will 100% be returning.

Canterbury Protyre branch has to be the best and friendliest garage I’ve ever been to. Your employees that I met on were very welcoming and all appeared to be happy and enjoying their work.
Luke in particular was very helpful and professional and took the time to ensure I understood the details of the advisory flagged on the MOT to ensure I got it sorted in a timely way. I was also very impressed when I observed Luke assisting an elderly gentleman who was really struggling with his mobility on 2sticks and helped him into the waiting area and to ensure he was safely seated. It was good to see your staff taking respectful care of an elderly customer. Luke is a credit to your organisation. Thank you again.

Helpful staff, quick service, great coffee
All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Service was quick and great coffee machine in the waiting area whilst I waited. Would definitely recommend this place over anywhere else locally.

What could have been a very bad experience, saved.
I had a very flat tyre very close to the Protyre premises. The member of staff I spoke to was friendly and efficient and extremely helpful. He went over and above the call of duty, keeping my car overnight until they could fit two new tyres, and calling a taxi for me to the bus station. He kept me informed, and also kept some of my cards overnight that I had dropped in the taxi. I would certainly use Protyre again.

Protyre Canterbury Broad Oak
Protyre have taken over this garage so I’ve never used them before. I was very impressed with the service I received from Luke. Turned out I had a bald tyre and a slow flat tyre 😀. He sorted it out that morning I’ll return this week to have my rear tyres replaced. I felt reassured by Luke’s advice and confident manner.
