Prices were competitive, however tracking pricing was not as clear as anticipated. Faced with a potential additional £100+ for rear tracking which was not reflected on the online booking platform.

Ordering on line Issues
Ordered the tyres on line and booked a specific fitting time 2 days later. Turned up and was told tyres not arrived and if they were they could not be fitted as staff had a bad back!! Had to wait another 3 days before fitting. Following this post I have been contacted by protyre to discuss and remedy the issue so others do not have the same issue which is certainly a positive step and approach to respond to customer feedback and restores faith that customers are listened to and action is taken. Bookings were not confirmed twice
Bookings were made twice for tyre fitting via black circle. Both time the staff did not confirm the online booking. So no tyres were dispatched. When I did get through to someone in the office, I was told they were too busy to do black circle bookings. In fact the guy was not bothered about doing them. Pity as they have been brilliant in the oast
