I’ve been going to the one in Bishops…
I’ve been going to the one in Bishops Stortford for many many years and always found the staff very helpful indeed. I’ve been ill recently and my car had been neglected for many months and they did everything possible to make sure it was roadworthy before allowing me out on the roads again.They certainly were outstanding!!

Great service, price and attention to detail
As usual great time a price. Helpful advice and tyres fitted quickly and no faff.
Had a slight issue with part of the valve leaking after - pressure dropped slightly over night - took car back. Issue identified, problem seal replaced FOC and back on the road.
Will be back.

Bad service from MOT department
I had 2 visits, first one even though my car failed it's MOT the staff and service was great. When I came to have my retest the service was so bad and attitude from the tester I will not use pro tyres again. I was told my retest would be fitted in-between 2 MOT'S. The test sent me away, come back in 2 hours, as he was to busy.

Amazing service! I had my aircon re gassed here, the guys were so friendly and it was done promptly while I waited.
I drove away and realised that they had topped up my screen wash and my tyres for me! That’s service!

Recently needed break pads & dicks for my Audi Q5, the cost was more than I had so they arranged 4 week, interest free finance for me there and then on the spot. Now my car is back on the road with new breaks & I don’t have to work about the MOT in 3 weeks time
