Brendan Carr visited me today and he was extremely courteous, helpful and friendly.
I have to admit I was a little wary at first as in the past (with other companies) it wasn’t a good experience but within minutes of meeting him it was like talking to an old friend.
I was at ease with him and he answered all questions I asked. I have trust in what he explained and I am sure I have the exact plan that I require and can relax knowing my siblings will not be out of pocket or have to make any arrangements when the time comes. Thank you for your help and for introducing Brendan to me.

It was the first time I had ventured towards making the necessary arrangements to achieve peace of mind about such an important matter.
