Avoid Prosper and other bad products from Coastal Community

The products from Coastal Community Bank, which Prosper is one of are horrible. If you are being targeted by them, you are problem experiencing credit problems or have, this is the bottom feeder approach they have. Be warned, their customer support is horrendous and they quite frequently reduce credit lines or cancel accounts. This can make your situation even worse.

If they had a good product they would not have to try to change names and hide who they are. I would recommend people avoid Prosper and the other brands associated tiwht Coastal Community

This company has been impossible to get ahold of

This company has been impossible to get through to talk to someone about a "Notice of Date Breach". They sent an email stating that there was a date breach and my Social Security number, date of birth, and National ID number have been obtained. I was supposed to go to an Experian website to enroll in a two year complimentary credit monitoring which was impossible to do because Experian would not take the activation code that Prosper gave me. I have called Experian and Prosper from many different help numbers and I haven't gotten any help from either. I could go on and on and get more specific, but I have already wasted MANY hours trying to get the situation figured out. Soooooo frustrating!!!!
