Very good service

I purchased a Moccamaster one-cup…
I purchased a Moccamaster one-cup coffee maker during a campaign, but after receiving it, I found out that it was actually manufactured in 2015, making it 11 years old. There is no longer any quality guarantee from Moccamaster. I wish the age of the product had been clearly mentioned during the campaign.
The machine also emits a strong, unpleasant smell, which seems to come from the blue paint. My child noticed the odor as well. Even when we run hot water through the machine without any coffee powder, the water still carries the same paint-like taste and smell in the water we drink.
While the speed of the return and replacement process was impressive, the problem remains unsolved. I contacted customer service beforehand, expressing my wish to receive a product that was recently manufactured. Despite this request, I was sent another unit from 2015.

They where very professional. I ordered a monitor and it had dead pixels, I returned it and in a couple of days I got a e mail that they sent a new one. BIG DISAPPONITMENT IN ASUS. The new monitor that they sent also had couple of dead pixels. I am thinkin to refund and just buy another brand.

All of your orders can be viewed in your account on proshop.se. They will appear under Orders before they are shipped, and then move to My Invoices once the order has been invoiced.
You emailed us on 29/12, and on 30/12 my colleague replied informing you that she had initiated an inquiry with the carrier regarding your delivery and asked you to get back to us after two business days if the tracking status had not changed.
Yesterday, when we were back at work, you were refunded for your purchase.
