Almost perfect, only stock was problem back then. Let's see how they or MSI react to problem regarding motherboard 5Gb Realtek NIC, it's not performing as it should.

After my first bad experience buying a supposedly refurbished laptop, the description of which listed only minor scratches as defects. But in reality, the laptop wouldn't charge or turn on! The store justifies this by saying they're simply reselling this type of equipment... Is that an excuse acceptable for a five-year-old???!
If the employees at this store were even slightly interested in their product, they would know that Lenovo Thinkpad 400 series laptops were once purchased in bulk due to the low price and used until completely worn out. Therefore, when selling used laptops of this type, it is necessary to thoroughly test each one, or refuse to sell this model at all.
I sent the non-working laptop back under warranty. BUT they sent me another identical laptop in return. With the same defects!!! Meaning, it didn't work!!! Are these people scammers or just amateurs?

Low prices, delivery not so secure.
Seems they have some issues with packing since all the ordered items did not receive. Customer service very annoying in cases something missing from package. You'll have to sent pictures, send some swearing documents etc. because of couple of euros item missing.
I would be careful while ordering high price items.
Won't recommend direct bank payment!
I will personally skip this shop next time due bad experience.

Everything was perfect

I ordered a monitor and it was delivered within a few days to the closest post office. The stock availability on the website was up-to-date unlike other online shops that sometimes tell only after placing the order that the product isn't in stock. Overall I'm very happy with the quick delivery.

I ordered PC components from them and everything went just fine.

They sent me a defective monitor. Also the stand was missing. I complained as soon as I discovered the defect, but they had put a clever escape in their fine print that said I should follow their exact claim procedure, otherwise they would screw me over. Because I sent the pictures of the clearly defective monitor a little too late, according to their nasty rules, they refused to solve the complaint. I feel scammed.

My parcel arrived on time. The box was tightly and well packed. And the contents were not damaged in any way. Excellent service. Thank you.

My expérience was satisfactory. Although, I have to admit it was akward to be able to find my computer in a specific page category but not in the overall general webpage dedicated to computer, even by filtering with the same settings and requirments.
