Fantastic service from start to finish. They arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and the pricing was very fair. It’s rare to find a company that is this thorough and respectful of your home. I’ll definitely be using Carpetix for my yearly cleanings from now on.

Professional cleaning
It was easy to book an appointment at a time suitable to me and at short notice. The agent arrived promptly within the time slot of one hour and cleaned my stairs, landing and a rug professionally and quickly. Took about 40 minutes. They tidied up afterwards. This is the second time I have used them and would recommend.

I’ve used this sofa cleaning service many times over the past few years, and they have never disappointed me. Every single time, they leave my sofa looking brand new — it’s honestly amazing to see the transformation. Stubborn Sofa stain completely removed !
Vlad was very professional and came to clean up a stubborn stain from an alcohol stain on our sofa , the sofa has been completely returned to its previous state and smells beautiful too after the clean!

Loved how quick and efficient the service is and how the cleaner accommodated any requests I made. Have 4 pets so the carpet NEEDED a clean. By the time it was finished the carpet was fresh again. Dried so quickly. Recieved the service before lunch and it was dried by 6pm!
Also really appreciated having the same cleaner as last time, it saves time from going over things again and they know what to expect. The cleaner himself was great! Very polite and helpful.
Will be back for a third time.
