Great - courier scheduling needs attention

The experience and quality are great, I dropped a star because the company they used to schedule delivery clearly screwed up and were unable to deliver at the scheduled time… and then there were issues re-scheduling, but every time I called I was able to get someone and it eventually got sorted out… the driver delivered the shed around the back of the house

Started off great but went down hill fast.

Giving 1 star due to the shed being delivered earlier than the specified date. Shed arrived as described with everything minus 3 roofing panels. We phoned customer services and we were told they were going to have to investigate why we never received the roofing panels. After numerous phone calls and being told several different stories from an investigation was ongoing to us going to get a refund for the roof (how that was going to happen I'm not sure) to the director was going to phone us, and it was going to be delivered on several dates which never happened. This all took place over 3 long weeks and in the end, we asked for a refund and the shed to be collected. We never received any confirmation emails within these 3 weeks confirming what we had discussed even though customer services said they would send emails especially regarding the refund. Email address was checked and correct but still nothing. No refund was ever processed. The last phone call that we had to make, a gentleman from customer services some how got the problem sorted just like that with a few times having to be put us on hold. A few days later the shed roofing panels arrived at 9pm. Still wanting to return the shed but seems like more hassle than it's worth. Wouldn't recommend and very disappointed that it took so long to get a simple matter resolved.

Stay well clear of Project Timber

It's clear Project Timber and its many other associated companies (KyboTech, Mercia etc...check companies house) post many fake or paid for positive reviews to try and combat the many honest ones; we'll see how long this one lasts!

This is a real review from a real customer who wish he'd accepted and listened to the many honest reviews rather than wasting hard earned money resulting sitting in a 5 grand "My Den" garden office which had to be botched and butchered to be built and by design leaks. All fantastic once you've sealed and re-sealed, painted, run electrics, fitted a floor!

We've had so many issues starting with missing fixings, shocking workmanship, old timber, damaged roof panels, incorrect flashing/badge boards, scratched glass and damages uPVC door ohh and barmy instructions.

Even with a skilled and very experienced carpenter helping build the whole experience was shocking.

The customer service team lie, promises not met.. just a total waste of time and effort. A joke that we need to keep tarpaulin over the roof during the winter now until we can take thw roof off again to try and resolve the leaking issues!!

Really do not waste your time with these guys!!! There's even a Facebook group setup with thousands of complaints which I wish I'd seen before.

Our delivery experience was a good one-…

Our delivery experience was a good one- we received a message with times and driver and vehicle details on the morning of our delivery. Our driver Carl rang when he was 30 minutes away and arrived on time and unloaded our shed parts in a dry area.
