Ordered a new projector on Friday 13th... and everything went right! Zaira and Annika were both very helpful through the purchase process. Projector arrived the following day, even though it was scheduled for the following Monday! I had a slight issue registering the extended warranty. One phone call to Zaira and within the hour I had an email back from her as she'd registered the warranty directly with the manufacturer and sent me a copy. Definitely above and beyond customer service!! Very well done and thank you!

Excellent advice and support from people who know what they're talking about. Felt very much assisted but not forced in any way. Ended up with a much better projector than I would have managed to get by myself!

Called to say out of stock and would I like a refund, got me the item pretty quickly and arrived well packaged. All good

Easy process to order and helpful advice given. First projector arrived but unfortunately did not work but replacement sent quickly and now up and running. No pushy sales just advice on what would suit my needs.

Been having a email conversation with one of the sales team today regarding buying a projector. Just to be told at the point of buying that the projector I wanted was not in stock. Your sales member should maybe of told me that in the first instance to try and same some time, thank you for wasting my time!

Nothing but the highest praise for this place and for Will who works there. I placed an order at 4 on Thursday and he got it to me the next day at 11! The Projector was ex-demo, as described and in excellent condition.

I bought my Sony projector from these guys and it’s performed brilliantly. Subsequently I have purchased two replacement lamps as I had the benefit of the previous unit which had performed well. Good and reliable products and as a supplier they seem to care. This goes a long way for me.

Gulam was extremely helpful with technical advice and very quick with response to my emails. He was very professional yet still kindly spoken and patient. I've been in business for over 30 years and this is a good company to use.

Brilliant service! Ordered the screen on Thursday and received a polite phone call from Projectorpoint customer services about 30 minutes later to acknowledge the order and to ensure a quick and final check that the Sapphire screen would exactly fit my requirements. The screen arrived the next day and it's now fitted - excellent quality and I am very pleased. This company have great equipment, competitive prices, instant delivery and very friendly customer services. A pleasure to have done busness.

These guys really know their stuff.

They are not just a box-shifter, they have experience of all the new kit and will give you a real world opinion of the best projector for your particular use.

By all means, do some online research, but avoid going down a rabbit-hole of internet advice, it's a minefield of marketing fluff and sponsored posts.

One phone call to William at ProjectorPoint and we ended up with a superior product, from a brand we had not used before, with more features, better technical spec and a lower price that the unit we originally wanted.

Not only cheap but a great customer experience. Well worth calling as you might get through to Zaria who spent time checking that the extended warranty offer would apply to me as an overseas buyer. In the end it turned out that I would have to ship it back to the UK, but at least I knew in advance.

Very impressed with the service I received throughout, from my initial query to the delivery of my new screen. After placing my order, an advisor from Projectorpoint called me to double check my order and make sure it was the right size and type for my purposes, all of which put me at ease, letting me know I was buying the right screen and had gone to the right company.

I have not tested the projector yet but it arrived today, Monday, after ordering it last Friday afternoon. And this was an international delivery!

Although it was slightly more expensive in the end this type of service is light years ahead of the shoddy BS spouted by AVpartsmaster.co.uk who wasted my time for over a week and then tried to rip me off. They may say they are cheaper but if it never arrives or doesn't exist, what's the difference?

Avoid AVpartsmaster.co.uk like the plague.

Having ordered with you on Thursday at 5pm you cant imagine how impressed I was when the Sony projector arrived on Saturday, frankly it just blew me away, what fantastic service,
I'm not easily impressed nowadays but that was a wonderful surprise in these difficult times.
Although my wife wasn't best pleased as I spent the entire day fitting it and fiddling with the settings.
I have to say, what a fantastic piece of kit and you were right I've been blown away by the stunning detail
To be fair to the JVC X500 the difference isn't massive but it's noticeably crisper and brighter in every area so a worthy replacement, although I have said wow quite a few times this weekend as I try different movies! Daytime viewing is in a totally different league what a difference 500 lumens makes
So thanks for all your good advice
I wouldn't hesitate to order from your company again

Uncertain as I was about which projector to purchase, conversations with Gulam Khamboo at Projectorpoint helped clarify the best choice for my particular needs. The one recommended and I purchased exactly met my requirements. Purchase and delivery were seamless and efficient.

I wanted to thank Gulam for the amazing service I received. I ordered my projector 3pm on the Thursday, it arrived by lunchtime on Friday. Given that we are all on lock down due to covid 19 I find this exemplary service and I was not expecting it to arrive until the following Monday. Projectorpoint has one of the best Websites for digital projectors I have ever seen, match equally by the best service when you purchase from them nothing is to much trouble. Highly recommend them. Graham Proffitt (on behalf of South Birmingham Photographic Society)
