I was really impressed that someone form the company rang me after I placed my order to check that I had ordered the right item. They went through everything with me and discussed all my needs. It stopped me from making a big mistake about the delivery address. The person I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgable.

Excellent customer service & good delivery time

The Epson Projector had all the features we wanted at a competitive price and should have worked straight out of the box - but didn't. It would not recognise the signal from our Church AV system, but would work when directly connected to a computer. We called our specialist Professional AV company to come and set it up but they couldn't get it working either. After more research they found a web forum which suggested that we needed to download new firmware for it which we did and then it worked perfectly, but this took several weeks of trying before we could use it. Now it is working really well and gives us the clear bright image we needed in our Church Hall, but I question why it was not sold in a proper working state, as it should just be plug and play.

The website is informative, the customer support was proactive, the shipping was fast and the price was pretty much the same as Amazon or Ebay. They have a good selection of products/brands, and I felt much safer about my choice after looking on their website, as opposed to all the misleading reviews to be found in the Internet.

Great service. With so many projectors on the market, I just couldn't decide which to buy, so I phoned Projectorpoint and spoke to a knowledgeable adviser. She listened to my needs and then provided me with a list of suitable projectors. My projector arrived very quickly and was competitively priced.

Great customer service and support on purchasing of a new Epson TW7000 projector. Sales person was knowledgeable and helpful in the whole process.

Excellent customer service and advice from their sales person Gulam who listened to my requirements and suggested a suitable projector for my requirements.

Gulam ensured this was delivered the next day even though I placed the order close to 5pm and to top it off, also arranged a £50 Amazon voucher with my order too.

I purchased a projector from Projectorpoint in 2020. The service and advice I received was excellent. I asked a lot of questions and ended up with a purchase I've been very happy with. Recently I had an issue with my unit and once again I got prompt advice and the unit was back working within no time at all.
