I ordered this arrangement for my wife for our 45th wedding anniversary. I ordered this particular bouquet because it said it had hydrangeas in it. Hydrangeas are her favorite flower. Sadly, there... See more

Delivered a flower arrangement that was much smaller and with cheaper flowers than the image on the website. Called customer service, and they apologized and would send a correct one. This was never delivered and no word from them after this.
Very disappointed. Terrible customer service.

Be aware - the photos online are not what you are likely to get delivered no matter what upgrade you select. Ordered congrats arrangement for my daughter delivered to her business. Photo online shows roses and premium blooms plus a succulent. What she received was low grade “weed” flowers, no roses, no succulent. Colors were correct. I complained and was offered a 2nd arrangement delivered. Said yes as long as it had roses at least. It did not. Not even 1 rose. Nothing in the arrangement was aromatic except maybe a couple carnations. Did not and will not complain a 2nd time. Learned my lesson. Do not recommend this company. Will not use again.

I ordered a bouquet of tulips & irises. The irises were in buds that apparently were supposed to open after receiving them. However, only one of the eight or so buds opened. I think this may be because the bouquet was picked up for delivery early in the morning and spent the whole day on the truck before being delivered late in the evening.

Confusing ordering after address submission.
Had to start over several times.
But, once I got it right , the flowers were perfect and delivered on time. That’s the most important part!

The arrangement I purchased was beautiful and my cousin was delighted to receive it. She said the delivery was later in the day rather than morning or afternoon.

The flowers were to be light pink and purple and pretty. What was received were dark purple and red roses which missed the point of the day, a first communion for an 8 year old.
Just disappointed in the florist interpretation of "Sweet as can Be" bouquet. It was dark and serious and more adult. Also for a DELUXE bouquet it was pretty small.

Purchased flowers for an outstanding administrative professional. The arrangement was even better than the one pictured online, delivery was perfect and she was very appreciative. Couldn’t be better.

*Update a refund of 50% was provided and a new tree was sent* Tip: make sure the address is correct and use your phone number incase you need to fix something.
2 days before the Lucky Tree was to be delivered I realized I had the wrong address I called to fix it and Proflowers said there was nothing they could do, because it wasn't flowers. I tried to fix it with UPS, but because I used my friends phone# and she was unable to relay the security code from UPS, I was unable to fix the address. I wasn't able to contact UPS on the phone to fix this either. HUGE DEBACLE! It was delivered to someone else and there was nothing I could do to fix the problem.

The flowers were very nice, but died two days later. For the amount of money and for fresh flowers they should last longer. I buy flowers at the local grocery store and they last longer then two days. Very disappointing.
