Hi Nigel,

Sorry, that you could find no real positives from buying from us.

For the sake of others who may read this here are some points we feel should be included.

Wed 29th May: You placed an order 12.20pm. In under 3 hours your order was picked, packed and dispatched. An email with a courier tracking code was sent to you at 2.50pm that same day.

Thursday 30th May: You emailed us just before 6pm to inform us that the order hadn’t arrived (we close at 4.30pm). You received a reply at 8.40pm the same night (not many other companies would reply at that time of the night). Our emailed confirmed with you that the delivery address you had left contained an invalid postcode, which may be the reason for it not arriving, but of course we couldn’t check until the following morning.

Friday 31st May: At 8am we called DX Delivery Service (our courier, one of the only ones left in the UK who will deliver our items due to their length). They confirmed to us that the delivery postcode had caused an issue with delivery. They informed us that the order would be delivered that very same day. We confirmed this via email at 8.04am. So really this delay was not down to us or the courier it was the incorrect postcode.

Saturday 1st June: You emailed to say that DX had not delivered the goods – which of course we didn’t know. As it was Saturday we couldn’t do anything about it – they are closed until Monday.

Monday 3rd June: We called our courier and were assured by them the item was out for delivery. We emailed you at 9am to confirm this.
Of course, the courier didn’t delivery it – you emailed at 5.30pm – rightfully upset and frustrated by the whole debacle.

Tuesday 4th June: We called the courier three times between 8.30 – 8.45am to ensure that the goods were on a pre-9.30am delivery. You sent us an email within the hour:

Hi #### , the profiles have now arrived .😎 Appreciate your contact and up dates . Know it wasn’t your end , frustrating with delivery as we really needed them on a job . As it took so long to get the delivery , is there any chance you can reimburse the next delivery charge please
And thank again for pushing your end

You were offered free shipping on your next order.

Then you leave a two star review, which we found upsetting.

Profilestore is a small company, we pride ourselves on superb customer support – which we feel we gave you although ultimately the courier let us both down.

Just to re-iterate what we have already said, we honestly tried our best to get your order to you, we have offered you a discount on your next order with us to try and make up for it.

We feel a two star review is just too low and doesn’t explain to others where the issues were and how much we did to try and fix them – your order was delivered in 4 business days instead of next day which you paid for but we did lose a day because of the incorrect postcode. The fault was with the courier and not Profilestore.
