ProCosplay is my absolute favorite cosplay company. Their shipping is always on time and their customer service is quick to respond and sure to help you with anything you need! They have different quality of cosplays with different prices to fit your needs and budgets and I've never been unhappy with an item I've purchased! In addition to their amazing company, their community Discord server is full of wonderful people dedicated to helping each other, playing games together, and even earning coupons and free items!

Their costumes are excellent! Some are movie quality...

I bought the Doctor Strange cosplay, with boots, and a great quality and very well made costume arrived.

This is my go to shop when buying cosplay for conventions etc. I've bought from them a few times over the years and I've been happy with my order every time. As long as you're mindful of the shipping times when ordering, there shouldn't be any issues. I've not tried their custom sizing option so I can't speak about that but everything I've ordered so far has been true to size.

Not all costumes are "ready to ship" so be sure to check that before ordering. On the few occations where I've had to speak to them, they responded promptly via email and where very helpful.

Purchased a Black Panther suit. Arrived in somewhat of a timely manner and seemed like it was nice quality. However, the first time it was worn nearly ALL the zippers started to pull apart and the ENTIRE CROTCH seams ripped apart. Almost 12 inches came out and mind you the suit was loose on my performer. I hand repaired the seams and we wore it again for the second time this weekend. Zippers came apart again and this time BOTH of the zipper on the boots parted immediately and my performer had to take them off completely. Contacted the company and as it was past the 7 days return policy they offered me to PURCHASE another pair of boots at cost of materials for $40 and another $40 for shipping. WHAT A JOKE. Spend another $80 on a second poor quality pair of boots. Bad business practice.

First time using ProCosplay and extremely happy with their service. I ordered the Captain Jack Sparrow Pirates of the Caribbean costume plus the boots and everything arrived on time and fit perfectly! I’ll be back as a repeat customer.

Been using pro-cosplay for 9 years and have never had a bad experience. They communicate when needed, ship things on time, and make good sturdy costumes. They have very high and consistent quality compared with makers I've ordered from. Every costume I've bought is still wearable, even the 9 year old one. I highly recommend them.

Received a fantastic quality suit, strong fabric and vibrant colors. Size chart is very accurate, it fits like a glove. Also, super fast shipping and delivery.

The quality of their cosplay and costumes is very good. Also the shipping time is very fast. It arrive to Mexico 🇲🇽 in a week!

They were amazing about my Bo-Katan flight suit needing no armor on the vest. All I did was give them my measurements and asked them for no armor pieces and they didn’t disappoint. The quality was also great too even though the vest wasn’t all screen accurate, it still fit like a glove and was comfortable to wear.

I have ordered many things through ProCosplay. Great vendor. Excellent communication and fast shipping. Issues were quickly and fairly resolved.

I ordered the 2022 Batman Costume two weeks ago and it arrived yesterday to Perth, Western Australia.

The communication from ProCosPlay, especially from Tony and Alice was awesome. They answered every question I had swiftly, as I had some concerns due to the current reviews.

The costume itself is amazing. It is a little tight, but I managed to squeeze into it. The detail and look of the costume are top notch. I have shown family and friends and they were so amazed on how impressive it looked. The only negative I have on the costume is the Cowel.

Overall, a very good experience purchasing from ProCosPlay. It was my first time buying a deluxe costume like this and I am glad it was from ProCosPlay.

I was really happy with my Rey (Star Wars) cosplay. I don't fit a particular size [My top is small, waist is medium, bottom is XL-ish], so I really can't buy full costumes. I am been looking at getting something more then print Halloween costumes for a few years, so this year I saved up enough money and decided to try. I picked the custom size - put in my measurements - and hoped for the best. I pretty quickly got an email, confirming my measurements from Tony. We emailed a few times; he confirmed what I wanted.
It looks awesome! The pants fit like a glove, the rest fit like a typical shirt/belt. I wore it to one of the Comic Con's in Chicago and got a lot of compliments on it/got asked to take pictures.

I ordered a cosplay last night, and I woke up to an email “I don’t fit the mold.” And they canceled my order. I’m not huge a 3x at most. Don’t order from them!

I ordered a sailor moon cosplay for a local convention, and it was very nice. I hadn't read any of the reviews beforehand because I'm built different 💪 (meaning I'm dumb) but I'm glad that I hadn't! The costume is just what I ordered! It has a very nice feel and looks great! My only critique is that it is very thin fabric, but other than that, it's awesome💕

I ordered from here about 2 weeks before Halloween and was nervous after reading reviews on here and seeing that it would ship from China not domestic. I was pleasantly surprised when it actually arrived ahead of schedule, only 3 days after it shipped (it took a few days to ship from the order date). They are responsive by email and the quality was very good.

Absolutely the worst experience I have had ordering online. I volunteer at children's hospitals in costume (my Iron Man was spot on, thank you).
I ordered a Dr. Strange costume from this company in late August for an event in early September. Based on their sizing chart, I meticulously took the required measurements which indicated a Large size and submitted my order. I was impressed with the quick delivery but, upon opening the box, discovered that the costume would not have fit my 12-year old nephew.

The belt lacked at least 5" from being able to close. The greaves lacked at least 3". I could not fit the tunic over one shoulder, let alone my torso. The ONLY item that fit was the cape, which was closed with a pair of safety pins.

I contacted the company and received polite responses, first telling me that the size they sent was accurate (when it was clearly not) and then offering a replacement if I shipped it back to them. I instructed them to send an XXL costume so I could alter it if need be. Their "free return policy" cost me an additional $85.00 to send the incorrect costume from Atlanta to China. They did offer me a 20% discount if I returned it (which I did).

Upon receiving the returned costume, they sent photographs of it, indicating that it was the correct size, as if to say that I don't know my own measurements. After THIRTY-SEVEN emails back and forth, they finally agreed to send the replacement... if I sent them ANOTHER $60 for shipping (again). When I showed them their own offer of the 20% discount whose difference would easily cover the shipping costs, they retracted it, saying that the discount would only be applied if I bought a second costume while keeping the first!!! They finally agreed to a refund, which does me no good at all, since I am back to square one for finding a costume.

The quality of the original costume was good, but if you make the same mistake of ordering from this company, double the size that you think you'll need or you'll wind up with one that might - MIGHT - fit Peter Dinklage.

Avoid this company at all costs.

This company is totally unreliable. I order size Large but when received it was like a small. I tried to return it and never got an email back. Besides , their return policy is no refund and you have to pay the whole round trip of return and back if any. They never get back to you. I got stock with my outfit that I spent $276.00 . Never again I will I trust this company or any other from so far.

The jacket arrived totaly destoyed. It's unwereable and they just give u 5 dollar back.
