Very good quality! I have two cosplays from Procosplay and they fit like a glove. And they are comfortable to wear. They have a lot of details, and they were very nice to me always.

Everything were perfect the quality of the costume feel soooo good, 100% recomend

I'd do zero but I can't. Item look nothing like the images online. The item had broken plastic pieces and the company would not refund shipping either to me or from me to them. The company is in China and the shipping ba k was nearly $120.

Do not order from this site. Ever.

I received my Green Arrow costume, and I absolutely love it. It’s a perfect fit, the quality is excellent, and the detail is stunning. It’s so well made, it’s sturdy and comfortable to wear.

Love my Wednesday Addams dress!! Excellent quality, fit perfect, I received so many compliments, and the customer service was wonderful especially Tony! I was kept up to date exactly when I’d receive my dress. Love love love!!! Very happy with my purchase.

So I bought off of here because it was the most affordable option for the cosplay I wanted but I got screwed over in the shipping process. I paid a lot just to do shipping to Canada and somehow they messed up the shipping address. I contacted them and was told I did and I could pay 11USD to "maybe" get it fixed. After all I contacted DHL and fixed it myself for free. After that, the item got to Canada and I got hit with a 30$ duty and taxes fee. So I paid over 50$ for shipping! Just praying it gets here in time.

woah! where to start...the cosplay was too short, in the wrong color, made of cheap fabrics, poorly sewn, the eye holes weren't cut properly.
They claim they handcraft them...yeah probably handcrafted by the children slaving for them.
oh and to add to that scam...I couldn't get refunded the 800$ we paid for this bs
now Halloween is in a month and I don't have anything to wear because of these morons

They stop taking custom size orders from September 5th to October 31st. So if you're like me and you try to order a custom costume on September 9th, thinking there's plenty of time left before Halloween, you're screwed.

The suit quality really is top notch. All the stitching looks great and the suit feels good. The communication was 10 stars as well, very thorough and nice! I received it earlier than anticipated as well which made the whole experience AMAZING. I’ll be back for Wolverine as soon as possible!

They apparently make up their own sizes. Ordered a costume with shoes in US Women's 11. The shoes they sent were gigantic so I reached out, they sent me a chart that shows "their" US Women's 11 is the same as a US Men's 14.5 and refuse to rectify the situation. Absolutely atrocious customer service.

Communication is key when it comes to ordering custom-made clothing and Alice from ProCosplay was above boards when it came to communicating. Even living half a world away, they were quick to reply and not lazy about reaching out with questions, updates and information. I purchased the gray Batfleck jumpsuit (ONLY) from the new Flash movie (2023) in late June and it arrived early August. It was well worth the wait and beautifully designed and crafted. While it was a bit bigger than I expected (it seems like it might have been made for someone slightly taller than me) it is amazingly comfortable. The reason given for the extra room was because the tailors like to give a bit of wiggle room between you and the suit (possibly for breathability or wearing a muscle suit underneath; makes sense). I plan to build a custom Batman suit for display purposes with this jump suit so I really don’t mind the extra wiggle room. It looks great with the other pieces. Thanks so much for your help and kindness during the build of this jumpsuit. You guys are amazing!!

Great communication and good quality cosplays. I have to say I am happy with the cosplays I ordered. I might recommend you to prioritize communication if it is your first time purchasing! Things are not THAT intuitive. Thankfully the staff is here to help you!

The customer service are nerds at dragon con right now and you should see the emails. They can't communicate whatsoever, untimely and non efficient. I waiting to see the product only becuase it looks executed well. Beside, TONY the manager is a nightmare

Absolute trash cosplay outfit. $360 in the landfill. The material they used is so thin, it breaks when you try it on the first time. Live and learn. Thought I could get a somewhat decent cosplay that would have lasted a few years. Ended up throwing it away. Don't bother with this cheap company.

I ordered the costume for a dance and after seeing how long it was going to take to ship, I sent an email asking to cancel the order. They promised me it would get to me when I needed it.
It did. It fit perfectly and looked beautiful!

Amazing company! I’ve ordered from them quite a few costumes and they never disappoint in the quality and accuracy. Recently I ordered my Final Fantasy XVI Joshua costume so that I could have it for the release of the game. It shipped to me so fast and fits perfectly! Absolutely recommend this company to everyone who asks about where I get my costumes.

Procosplay is great! I needed fast shipping before the event and they totally made it happen. Communication is great, and the costume quality is excellent. They really look legit!

The suit itself is the best quality. Authentic looking patches, reflective strips, and overall construction. Some of the accessories like boot/shin covers are made with slightly less good quality material and straps, but still good! Might take a little pinning/velcro to get them looking the best and stay in place for hours at a time if you're walking around, but for cosplay purposes they're great! Would definitely purchase again!
