The staff were both so helpful in choosing the crockery. Packed it and checked carefully and we were able to pick up later at the back entrance ! They could not have been more helpful

Good pans for price
Good price but not my first choice of pans , looked at the display model as only ones left but had imperfections with chips in the lid , no discount offered due to already low price .

A good layout to the store
A good layout to the store, and it is very clean and bright. And an excellent range of products and price points. It is easy to find what you are looking for.
The customer service was not friendly, no eye contact, smiles or please/ thank you. These are small acts yet can make your customers feel valued. I decided not to ask for advice about the big purchase of a coffee machine.
