Very helpful staff . A problem occurred with my Procook ayrfryer, after 18 months.still within it's 2 year warranty. . I phoned the Procook shop at Gretna where I purchased it. And was delighted to be given a brand new one. By the lovely staff there. What great service. Also purchased a very easy to handle potato peeler recommended by the assistant as I have a problem with my hand . First class service.
