Perfect milk saucepan
I needed a milk saucepan that would not burn the milk. I checked on line and the one from ProCook was recommended. I went to the store in Gloucester where I had good help and advice. The saucepan is perfect.

No quibble warranty 100%
Bought a battery operated pepper mill 5 years ago , with a 10y warranty … it failed. The item was all online with purchase date and was exchanged without a problem.. excellent service

PodPress Coffee Pod Recycler Grey
This product is made from inferior material and the brittle plastic snapped after first use. As a design it is functional but made from inferior material. ProCook quickly replaced the product but again the replacement broke at the handle (the first one broke at the plunger connection). I subsequently received a full refund.
My main criticism is the material. I would happily pay twice as much if the product was made from stainless steel or at least all the plastic replaced with metal. I note an earlier reviewer reported the same issue with the brittle plastic. I do not recommend this product.
On a positive side ProCook replaced the broken product and refunded me the money. I do suspect they know this is a poor product because any product testing would reveal the flawed poor quality material.
