Excellent product, brilliant staff
I wanted a new set of saucepans and the lady in the shop couldn't have been more helpful. She gave me very good advice and I came away feeling very pleased indeed. Having previously bought a cookpot which is still like brand new after a few years use, I knew I was getting a good quality product and am confident I will get many years use from my purchases.

ProCook staff member at the Doncaster Lakeside outlet shop was so friendly and helpful. It was her professionalism and care and knowledge that resulted in us making the right purchase. She could easily have sold us a different more expensive product but ensured we got the best buy. (Egg poacher insert/pan)

The member of staff was very helpful and I would definitely recommend the store.
