Shop was very clean it was easy to find…
Shop was very clean it was easy to find what we were looking for. Assistant was very pleasant and helpful, but seemed more interested in the next customer whilst serving my wife and me.
Other than this I would not hesitate to recommend ProCook to family and friends.

Handle design on Professional range of saucepans could be better for safe handling -cross section is too small /circular requiring strong grip to pour full pan.Not suitable for elderly people like us.
Purchased apple corer : constuction was very fragile and poor value for money.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. On purchasing a Eco frying pan, they explained about what oils you could use and not us. They explained about oil heating temperatures, and the use of non metal utensils to prolong the life of the surface. I learned some very useful tips. Will definitely return to Dalton Park outlet store.

Stainless steel saucepan, well made looks good. Needs more effort to clean than non-stick pans but I feel it’s worth it.
