Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff.
This was my third visit to ProCook. Once again I was served by friendly and very knowledgeable staff. They explained very thoroughly as to how I should use my new saucepans in order to get the best out of them and achieve longevity. They couldn't have been more helpful.
