Excellent throughout!
The young man who dealt with us was absolutely superb.
His knowledge of the products was outstanding, his manner and approach were excellent.
At no point was there any pressure to buy, I merely acted on instinct and happily spent quite a bit of money in store due to the professionalism of the staff member.
