Reassuring 25 year guarantee
The frying pan appears to be very good quality. It has a thick, solid base and the ceramic coating looks substantial. The fact that it carries a 25 year guarantee is reassuring. The staff were pleasant, helpful and informative.

The reason my wife and I return time and again to the Procook shop is 100% certainty of quality products and first class customer service . Nothing is too much trouble and help is on hand but browsing is interference free . We almost always make a purchase .
