I was looking for a perfect jar to fit my coffee pods in and as I was walking through Bluewater. The perfect one was in the window display, walked in and brought it straight away. The guy that served me was very friendly and welcoming. He wrapped my jar perfectly and it got home safely and I’m so happy with my purchase

AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY!!! RUDE STAFF! BAD PRODUCTS
I bought some expensive knifes for a present. One of the knives was tried. The quality was very poor. It got tiny chips and dents from just 1 careful use. I was asked to return the knives. A very unpleasant and obnoxious so called manager at the Bluewater store has refused to accept the return. She was extremally rude. Did not want to hear me. Was constantly talking over me and called my behaviour threatening just because I would not stop talking when she was trying to shut me up by talking non stop over me. I have never experienced such rude service! It was appalling! I was shaken from this experience and will never come back to this shop and will make sure I tell EVERYONE I KNOW about this.
Oh and the reason she did not accept the return of the brand new knives - they had finger marks on them. Really.
The shop supposedly offers 25 years of warranty on these knifes. Which is an absolute lie. They chip and bent after 1 use and the company takes no responsibility for it and when you want to return their substandard products they come up with a ridiculous excuse and set off their rude staff on you!
I will through these knives away now. But I will make sure to leave plenty of reviews everywhere I can.
AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!

As you walk into the store you get a cheery hello from the staff. They are helpful. I bought 2 fringes pans and a couple of other bits and got 20% off which made a good difference. The pans so far are really good
