Canon charger and battery

Quick and efficient service with good communication. The box looked as if it had been opened and the enclosed plastic bag was crumpled. The sales rep couldn't offer an explanation but offered a discount on next purchase.

We take product quality and customer service extremely seriously, so we’ve investigated your order thoroughly. After reviewing our CCTV footage, we can confirm that the camera left our premises in brand‑new, sealed condition with the box in pristine shape.

Following recent further communication with yourself we have attempted to arrange a convenient collection so we could inspect and resolve the issue for you. Unfortunately, we haven’t received a response confirming a suitable collection time, so we’ve been unable to move forward.

We would still very much like to resolve this quickly for you. Please get in touch with us at your earliest convenience so we can arrange collection or discuss the best way to put this right.

ProAV is the only place i would buy my broadcast kit from now

I've used ProAV for a few years now with Jordan as my contact, i could not recommend more to use this company (and Jordan specifically) to purchase your broadcast and camera equipment from. So much more friendly and knowledgeably than previous suppliers i've used in the past most importantly their prices are competitive.
I have to give a shout out to Richard in technical too for being extremely helpful when I was bombarding him with questions when i was purchasing a few Sony AM7's last year. All round a great team at ProAV.

Jordan is a champ

ProAV has been my preferred kit supplier for well over a decade. Jordan Ashmore in particular always makes sure he gets what you need as soon as possible, and has even invited me to the ProAV headquarters to get hands on with the kit and talk to the technical teams ahead of making big purchases. Can't recommend Jordan and the ProAV team enough.

Great service

Great service! I’d been looking for this camera for so long and so relived to see they had it. Arrived very securely and invoice was sent quickly after purchasing. I work retail so I always give reviews to trusted businesses, will be shopping again
