Great service and some great prices, but I was caught short by the transparency of one of the listings. I ordered two Black Magic converters, an HDMI-to-SDI and an SDI-to-HDMI. When received, one of them came with a PSU and one didn't. Checking back through the listings, the only difference was that the letters "PSU" appeared at the end of the model number of one of them - there were no words explaining that the other unit explicitly did not come with a PSU. The fact that both devices were about the same price gave me a false sense of security, so it's basically my fault for not checking closely enough, but a bullet point saying "Does not come with PSU" would have helped a lot.

Face cam 4k delivered next day as requested and for a decent price, very happy with purchase, there’s a reason this company gets good reviews and it is justified, thanks loads.
