Quick, easy & efficient
We have a new senior colleague who is based in the USA and visits our London office once a month. In order for her to fly back to the USA, she requires a fit-to-fly certificate, which I book with PCT to be taken in person at a local pharmacy round the corner from our office for a small extra fee. She pops by the pharmacy during the morning of the day before her flight, the staff conduct a quick test and email the certificate to her later that day. Quick, easy & efficient process and my only point of comment is the fact that PCT does not send out an invoice for my expenses, which I then need to chase manually over the phone.

Quick, easy and everything as per the website
I needed a lateral flow test within 1 day of flying to the USA. I picked the on-site testing option as there was a laboratory close to me. Registration was easy online. Went to the laboratory, they double checked my passport details and proceeded with the test.
Everything was quick, easy, informative and results as per website and the staff. Results sent to email within 20 minutes.

An excellent experience.
The premises were well signed outside and were calming inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The test area and experience was very comfortable and the result were delivered very quickly. A very good experience overall. Another bonus is the proximity to the major railway stations - especially St Pancras & Kings Cross. Less than 5 minutes walk to both.
