Excellent and very thorough one-stop-shop service! I needed official FD-258 fingerprint cards rolled for a federal US background check. Because I had to travel into Munich from out of town, my transit was delayed by train cancellations. The technician, Arya, was incredibly accommodating about the schedule change. The fingerprinting process itself is deceptively tricky, but Arya was extremely patient, precise, and professional. She made sure we took multiple cards until we had two perfect, smudge-free sets that meet strict federal scanning standards.
What makes this service truly exceptional is that they handle the entire end-to-end pipeline. Instead of forcing me to navigate international shipping to West Virginia and Washington, D.C. on my own, they organized the complete expedited U.S. Department of State Federal Apostille process for me. This saved me weeks of bureaucratic hassle. I highly recommend their services for anyone in Germany needing a seamless, reliable international biometric and legal document solution!

I contacted this company to help me obtain a police clearance for a country that wasn't listed on their website. They assured me they could assist, asked me to pay $79 for fingerprinting, and I took time out of my day to have it done.

A few days later, they told me they couldn't process the application after all and that I would need to go to the embassy myself. Which I was okay with. They initially offered to then send someone with me to avoid waiting for an appointment, but later said they were too busy, so I arranged it myself.

When I went to the embassy, I discovered that fingerprints weren't even required for this country's police clearance. The fingerprinting service they sold me was completely unnecessary.

This could have been avoided if they had properly checked the country's requirements before telling me they could help. Instead, I wasted both time and money. I also raised my concerns and was promised a call back shortly, which never happened.

Overall, a disappointing experience due to poor communication, lack of research, and no follow-up.

We worked with PRINTWISE for fingerprinting and our FBI background check reports. They were great to work with. Fast, reliable, and transparent (which we found a pretty rare combo when we were looking for fingerprinting services). They helped us get clear prints for our son that were accepted by the FBI after trying a few times with other services. They also helped a friend do the same after their prints were rejected 4 times by other providers. They also helped us with expedited FBI reports and apostille as we were racing the clock with proposed changes to the immigration residency requirements for Portugal. Because of their patience, communication, and support, we were able to get our applications for citizenship in before the rules changed. I can't recommend this service enough if you need fingerprinting or documentation services for work or immigration.
